You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service (including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and AI models) are owned by AI Video Automation or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service as intended.

7. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Service are provided on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in our pricing structure. All payments are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our refund policy. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Video Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ankara, Turkey.
